Individual Consultations

One-to-one sessions with Georgia either in person or over zoom. The first session is an introductory meeting in which Georgia can get to know the client, as well as, the opportunity to understand the current psychological needs of the individual. 

Sport Psychology

Sport Psychology sessions are designed for athletes looking to improve their mental skills, mental wellbeing or to perform at their best. 

Sessions are approximately 1 hour in length. 

Some of the key areas covered are:

  • Mental skills training 

  • Coping with injuries

  • Competition anxiety and stress

  • How to manage being a student athlete

  • Confidence

  • Emotional control

  • Goal-setting/Motivation

Exercise Psychology

Exercise Psychology is designed for non competitive athletes who would like to improve their motivation and participation in exercise. 

Some of the key areas are:

  • Motivation

  • Goal setting

  • Behaviour change
